This is Seamus Devlin and John Quinn unveiling the new team colours for Island Wheelers cycling club Coalisland at their annual dinner. Seamus (left) is a legend among local cyclists. In 1958 he took part in “Rás Tailteann” winning the tough stage between Clonakilty and Tralee. Seamus was one of four local men who represented Tyrone in the 1958 Rás Tailteann: the others were, Paddy Campbell, Joe Mc Ivor and Tommy Drumm. Their trainer was Ned “jockey” Devlin.
